I tried to import repositories from my local files such as /somepath/foo.git

• cp -r /somepath/foo.git /var/opt/gitlab/git-data/repositories/importUser
• chown -R git:git /var/opt/gitlab/git-data/repositories/importUser
• gitlab-rake gitlab:import:repos

but the stdout is
