Get all projects from API based on admin's token

Hi
I used the API /projects/all try to get all projects in gitlab, and the token I used is admin, but I can't get all projects. We have over 200 projects, but I only get 20 of them. Could anyone tell me the reason?
Or I used the wrong API?
