my gitlab version is 8.17.2 i only 2 scope api and read_user in my applications page

when i download the newest gitlab (version is 10.3.3)

i found 4 scope in my applications page

and i found scopes info

not write when openid scope into gitlab.

does only i must upgrade gitlab version 8.17.2 to 10.3.3 ?

thanks
