Team management page for projects missing (or hard to find)

Created by: hvolkmer

Observed behavior

When I create a project I want to add team members to this project. However, I cannot find a link that points to the team management page.

This page was easy to find in 2.3. The link is now either missing or very hard to find in 2.6.3.

Using the URL directly works. e.g. for project "myproject": /myproject/team

Expected behavior

A link to manage the project (e.g. add team members) is available on the project home page at /myproject
