Checking for ability to automatically merge… not procedding

Hi everyone
I am having problems with my gitlabhq installation. Everything works fine, except Merge Requests.
They got stuck at:
Checking for ability to automatically mergeI am not sure, but could it be that something of this makes problem?
- Merging into a protected branch
- Merging from main branch into another one?
If not, could you please tell me how I should debug so you'll get all the information?
Version is master from today.
