Just tried to upgrade from 2.5.0 and I'm getting Missing setting 'web' in /home/gitlabhq/gitlabhq/config/gitlab.yml (Settingslogic::MissingSetting)

Stopped the web server and then did

git pull origin stable

as per the wiki update instructions
