error pages do not link correctly to static.css

This is a small issue, and I fixed it in my installation. 2.8.0pre 6ebd360c
In all custom error files, the css is not referenced properly and therefore the pages are displayed without it. Commit c5b12fad has broken it:
<link href="/static.css" media="screen" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />"/static.css" must be changed to "./static.css"
<link href="./static.css" media="screen" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
