Generate random password => selects admin checkbox

Yesterday I installed the latest commit from the stable branch and there is a very critical bug: When you create a new user and check the checkbox for automatic password creation, the admin-checkbox is checked automatically. If you don't notice it (this is what happened to me), you will give the new user admin permissions. This is very bad if you user GitLabHQ in a real company :/
