Feature/Support(?): Static portion of gitolite.conf file

Is there a way to keep a portion of my gitolite.conf file static, even if (ideally?) it is only the first line (include "more.conf")? I would like to be able to use some of the special gitolite features that aren't supported in GitLab, even though those extra repositories won't be visible in GitLab.
