Limited amount of activity history on the per-project page

Created by: sroth80021

I think when we moved from GitLab 2.8 to 2.9, the per-project activity history has decreased.

If I remember correctly, in 2.8 this page kept adding at the bottom as you scrolled down.

In 2.9, this does not seem to be the case. I can see the last 20 items for our repositories, but nothing before that point in time. This means that certain data (like when merge requests when in) is not visible beyond a certain timeframe.

This roughly corresponds to the date we updated to GL 2.9, so it may also be that pre-GL 2.9 activities data is not visible.

This seems like a bug, but I'm not positive.
