Commits with comments should be listed somewhere

In addition to #894 (closed), there should be some way to list commits that have comments. Right now such comments are more or less lost unless you manage to navigate to the exact right commit again.
It could be a new tab under "Commits".
Perhaps it should even be the comments that are listed such that they stay even if the commit is deleted.
