linked usernames for activities list and commit list

Created by: sroth80021

I think one of the great things about GitLab is how well it supports navigation between related items.

In GL 2.9, I can see that for merge requests in particular, one can click on the username to navigate to a user page, where one can see all recent activity by the user. Very nice.

I think it would great if GL supported similar user navigation, from the activity page, and from the commit page. At present, the usernames aren't linked for those pages.

This would let one easily see other work done by the same user, which is often useful (especially for leads/managers), and relevant.
