Minor: Chrome: Issue page: text does not wrap on the right

If you create an issue by pasting a really long line (say a line from a logfile), and then view the issue in Chrome, the really long line does not wrap inside the 'original issue box'. By 'original issue box' I mean the box which has the text you entered in the original issue.

By comparison, on Firefox, it does wrap inside the original issue box.

That said, the Chrome browser still has a horizontal scrollbar on the bottom, so you can still scroll to see everything.

This is minor (you still see the text), but visually it looks a bit strange.
