gitlab not starting on reboot due to bug in init script (fix included)

Due to an error in the init script, gitlab doesn't start on reboot.

The problem is on line 33:

sudo -u gitlab sh -l -c "$CD_TO_APP_DIR && $START_DAEMON_PROCESS && $START_RESQUE_PROCESS"

The correct command is:

sudo -u gitlab -H sh -l -c "$CD_TO_APP_DIR && $START_DAEMON_PROCESS && $START_RESQUE_PROCESS"

gitlab was installed using this script:

https://raw.github.com/gitlabhq/gitlab-recipes/master/install/debian_ubuntu_aws.sh
