[BUI enhancement] space utilization in Issues page, Merge Request page and Comments

Created by: kirantpatil

Hello,

Here are my observations to make GitLab BUI (Browser User Interface) more space efficient.

  1. Issue page does not look pleasant for me (may be due to labels) when I see whole page http://demo.gitlabhq.com/gitlab/issues?f=all. Reducing the size of User photo, Resolve and Edit buttons, as of http://demo.gitlabhq.com/rubinius/commits will definitely make it more pleasant

  2. Merge request page looks nice since it does not contains labels but reducing the the size of user photo and other display boxes may enhance its looks as of of http://demo.gitlabhq.com/rubinius/commits

  3. Same holds good for Comments and match the size of http://demo.gitlabhq.com/rubinius/commits

On the whole BUI is fine but we need to make it more compact, since it looks too much space is wasted unnecessarily

Thanks, Kiran Patil.
