Changing the font-family global

Hi all,
where can I remove the terrible 'Helvetica Neue' with another, so it would be global changed. The font 'Helvetica Neue' is terrible displayed on Windows 7 & Firefox: It's alwas displayed in italic style and is difficult to read.
