Resque not starting - cannot load such file -- rb-inotify

Hello, on fresh install I'm getting this error on verbosive resque start

Versions using Gitlab 2.9.1stable ruby 1.9.3p194 (2012-04-20 revision 35410) [x86_64-linux]

On self test all fine

cannot load such file -- rb-inotify

same command with trace

sudo -u gitlab bundle exec rake environment resque:work QUEUE=post_receive,mailer,system_hook VVERBOSE=1 PIDFILE=tmp/pids/resque_worker.pid RAILS_ENV=development BACKGROUND=yes --trace
