Issues page malformed in Chrome (3.0)

Just updated to 3.0. When I view the issues page in IE9, I see this: http://i.imgur.com/Vi4Cq.png
But in Chrome, the tag/buttons are misaligned: http://i.imgur.com/Iova5.png
Occurs in both of these Chrome versions: 23.0.1271.40 beta-m 22.0.1229.94 m
