Problem when upgrading from 2.9 to 3.0

I had a 2.9 version workin perfectly, but when I upgraded following: https://github.com/gitlabhq/gitlabhq/wiki/From-2.9-to-3.0
I got this when checking the APP status:
Starting diagnostics config/database.yml............exists config/gitlab.yml............exists /home/git/repositories/............exists /home/git/repositories/ is writable?............YES git@localhost's password:
It's asking git's password, what should I do?
