Error when any file name included Chinese characters

See the image below. If the direction name contains Chinese characters, I can't get the content of that direction when I click the direction. If the file name contains Chinese character, I can't get the content of that file when I click the file either.

If the commit contains file including Chinese characters, I can't see the modification detail.
Could anybody help me? Thank you very much!
