Problem with "save" button in "new merge request"

Save button in this section gets enabled only after I fill out title. In Ubuntu, you can paste text using middle mouse button. If you do this for title, save button won't enable itself. If you use ctrl+v, it works correctly.
On top of that, save button enables itself if you fill title with spaces only. You get server side error if you submit the form, but it's not very user friendly this way.
