Rendering in IE9 is broken

Not sure what is going on here. The rendering is broken in IE9 for the latest stable. Rendering works ok with IE8 but versions 7 and 9 do not work properly. Chrome and Firefox render fine. If this is already fixed in the master then feel free to ignore my ranting.
