Documentation suggestion for MySQL-Setup (Step 1)

I would suggest to add the mysql_secure_installation script to the MySQL-Setup. This would improve the security for administrators who are unfamilliar with the initial users.
This script can be found within /usr/bin in debian as well as in ubuntu.
