Gitlab not firing webhooks

Gitlab v3.0.3 (e469084c) is not firing webhooks.
The test works just fine, however the actual push is not firing the webhook. :( Tested with http://requestb.in/
I have just tried adding webhooks in v3.0.3, upgraded from v2.9. There is nothing in the application.log regarding any failures.
