[BUG] rake backup task broken

Created by: ghost

the information saved into the backup_information.yml file are incorrect.

The backup script store the information with a :. Example:

:db_version: "20121009205010"
:backup_created_at: 2012-11-14 09:15:33 +0000
:gitlab_version: e469084ccca0d976b0dc069aa89e60a41f067837
:tar_version: tar (GNU tar) 1.22

and then it tried to read them with this: settings["gitlab_version"] causing the restore to fail because the revision is empty.

The solution is to write down the file without the : or keep it in front but then read the values with settings[:gitlab_version] instead.
