Feature Request: Ability to comment on commit messages

Like many people, we use merge requests for code review so it would be awesome to have all of the commit messages in a merge request shown above the diff with the ability to comment on them the same way we can comment on the diff.
Make sense?
This is something that's in gerrit and is the only feature I liked in Gerrit over GitLab when I was comparing them :)
