HTML entities in patch view (missing unescape?)

There is an issue with 3.0 (haven't been able to verify master yet) with regard to the "Get Patch" functionality. The commit is properly displayed, but the .patch has escaped HTML code in it:

  •   _SLEEP="3600"
  •   _MSG="less than a day"; _SLEEP="3600";
