Webhook for Issues

First of, great project!!! Love it and use it daily!
I am workin' on a IRC bot that keeps my dev channel informed of changes. I have managed to get everything working as I wanted. I cant, however, find and webhooks for newly submitted "Issues".
Is this something gitlab is capable of or am I just not looking closely enough?
