Webhook json format incorrect

Per the documentation, the push webhook format should have a 'private' property. I cannot find this property in my webhook response.
per the docs:
:repository => { :name => "Diaspora", :url => "localhost/diaspora", :description => "", :homepage => "localhost/diaspora", :private => true },
what I see:
"repository":{ "name":"inspectbin", "url":"http://gitlab.proscat.nl/inspectbin", "description":null, "homepage":"http://gitlab.proscat.nl/inspectbin" },
Please also take note of #2029 (closed) where the url value is incorrect...
