Redis errors after migrating from Sqlite to MySQL

Sorry guys - I keep having problems with updating my installation and migrating from Sqlite to MySQL (#2092 (closed)). I followed the guide to convert my Sqlite DB to MySQL and everything seemed to work fine. However, when I push a repo, the activity doesn't show up in the feed and I find the following error in my Redis logs:
I changed the config to use my MySQL credentials and restarted both Gitlab and Redis, but Redis still seems to want to use Sqlite:
