Error 404 for one repository after updating from 3.1 to 4.0

I have 20+ repositories. After update from 3.1 to 4.0 one of them stopped working. When I click on repositary name I get 404 error. The same behaviour for all merge requests related to this repo. The repo name is "obk"(maybe there are some restrctions to repository names in 4.0).
URL looks correct (the same as for other repos but with "obk" in it). I can see repo in "Admin" section. But when I click "Edit" I receive 404 error.
There was an issue during migration - #2418 (closed). Maybe current problem depends on it.
