[Feature Request] Only notify selected persons via email

Would be great to have the opportunity to select which person (of the project) would be notified via email. At the moment i could switch between nobody or all persons only.
Solution: Implement a checkbox for each person when "all persons" is not checked :-)

I'm pretty sure that @randx has done a fair bit of work on this for the next release. He posted a screenshot on Twitter a while a go which I can't seem to find, maybe it wasn't on Twitter but I definitely saw a screenshot of it..
