413 Request Entity Too Large - Uploading 2.6MB file to Wall

I get a 413 if I try to upload a large file (2.6MB) to the wall although it says that there is a maximum of 10MB.
I'm running on c8ba5c2d. I also confirmed this on the demo page, running on f9528bfb.
