automerge with "Remove source-branch" broken

Since https://github.com/gitlabhq/gitlabhq/commit/afbdbb0c959affbdb8725eafb8169025a8aede1e webinterface merge (automerge) with "Remove source-branch" enabled is broken!
sometimes i get the green box a second time most time i get a blue one (This request can't be merged with GitLab. You should do it manually)
the merge is done and closed but there is no "closed comment" and the source branche is not removed!
