adding users to newly created group project

Currently a newly create group project always displays the 'git interaction" screen without additional action tabs. In this current workflow, it is not possible to add a new user to this group project, so the only person who can do the initial checkin is the project owner (the same as the group owner). I think an improved behaviour would be to display the "Team" (and 'Services", "Hooks", "Deploy Keys", etc. tabs), allowing to add new team members before even before the first commit.
