comments on commits not presented after upgrade to 4.1

I just updated gitlab from version 4.0 to 4.1. In 4.0 there where comments dropped directly in the diff of commits (using the little "plus bubble" left to diff line numbers). However, after I did the update it is indicated that there is 1 comment on the commit, but the comment itself is not presented. So is it totally lost after the update or is there a fix to bring it back ?
