Commits not showing on dashboard

After upgrading to 4.1 commit events aren't showed on dashboard anymore. Sidekiq is running and log says nothing is wrong:

The mailing job comes from creating a test project. The email is sent, but the commits from the new test project also not showed on the dashboard- Other logs are all normal.
