dashboard screwed up (sometimes)

Messages of type USER merged merge request MERGE_REQ_TITLE at PROJECT always occurs twice on the dashboard. This is reproducible. I think that it only happens since 4.1, but I am not 100% sure about that.
Following effect happens only sometimes : Blocks of events are repeated suddenly. Dashboard looks like this :
EVENT 1 ... about 3 hours ago EVENT 1 ... about 3 hours ago EVENT 2 ... about 5 hours ago EVENT 2 ... about 5 hours ago EVENT 3 ... about 7 hours ago EVENT 4 ... about 23 hours ago
Then the above block of events is repeated :
EVENT 1 ... about 3 hours ago EVENT 1 ... about 3 hours ago EVENT 2 ... about 5 hours ago EVENT 2 ... about 5 hours ago EVENT 3 ... about 7 hours ago EVENT 4 ... about 23 hours ago
After that repeated block it continues in regular chronological order.
