Update fails... Error connecting to Redis

Tried to Update from 3.0.3 as the instructions told me. Update failed so I tried reinstall Still failing
$ sudo -u gitlab -H bundle exec rake gitlab:gitolite:update_keys RAILS_ENV=production
rake aborted!
Error connecting to Redis on 127.0.0.1:6379 (ECONNREFUSED)need fast help its a live system
