rb-inotify in Gemfile for production

Created by: dizzythinks

Not sure if this has already been covered as an issue, but when upgrading from 3.x to 4.0, I had to add "gem 'rb-inotify', require: linux_only('rb-inotify')" to the "group :production" declaration in the Gemfile to get Gitlab working. I meant to post about this at the time and forgot, but have just upgraded to 4.1 and had to remove and re-add this post upgrade. Not sure if this is something that needs to be captured.
