Feature Request: Add README to project home view (or make "files" tab the default)

Created by: dan-blanchard

It would be extremely helpful if there was at least an option to have the README show up in the "home" view for each project. Currently when you click on a project you are just shown its activity feed, which isn't actually very helpful for someone newly added to the project. I have learned to always click on the "files" tab to find out about the project, but this is unintuitive for new users.

As we're trying to get more and more people in our group to use Gitlab, it would be really helpful if we didn't have to tell them an extra step they have to take every time they want to actually find out something about the project they were added to.

Anyway, Gitlab just keeps getting better with each release, so please keep up the great work!
