ask for branch deletion when creating a merge request

During the last days we figured that it is not always clear for the integration manager if he should delete the branch to merge when accepting a merge request or if the branch should stay around because multiple developers are working on that branch sharing code on it. So the idea came up that it might be handy if the creator of the merge request could already have a checkbox where he can decide if the branch should stay or can be deleted when merged. Not only the integration manager when accepting the request.
