Watching / Notification Settings for Organisations (for Mailing lists)

We would like to be able to configure notification emails to our developers mailing list for situations such as:
- New issues
- Pull requests
- If the organisation account is mentioned in an @ comment
Note that this would not be the same email address as billing or gravatar email address, and ideally would be per-repository.
