Centos 6.3 no project created

Hello,
I have made the installation using various tutorials ( https://github.com/mattias-ohlsson/gitlab-installer/, https://github.com/nielsbasjes/gitlab-recipes/blob/master/install/CentOS_6.md) and I always end up with a nice gitlab installation where no projects are actually created inside the 'repositories' folder.
In gitlab interface I get the confirmation page and all projects are displayed. But not on disk (/home/git/repositories). Groups are created however.
Do you have any suggestion that could make my gitlab installation functional?
