rename member role "master"

Probably you can come up with a better name for the master role for members ? When you try to describe gitlab/git to people not familiar with these 2 great peaces of software, it always leads to confusion as soon as you tell something about master. People have a hard time to differentiate what is meant, the master branch or the master role. So maybe you can think of naming the master role superuser or admin or leader or something else.
