network view cannot see commit message of recent commits

Created by: imstochastic

My company just upgraded from gitlab 2.8 to gitlab 4.1.

In Network view, you can hover over a commit and be shown its log message, just like before. Well and good, EXCEPT that if you hover over the most recent commits, the bubble showing their commit messages extends too far to the right, making the commit message impossible to fully read. You cannot scroll the network further to the right so as to make them fully visible (scrolling doesn't allow a blank area at the far right).

I would expect that either the pop-up bubble showing the commit message would position itself so as to be completely in the visible region (best), or else the network graph should be scrollable so that there is extra space at the far right side, so that you can hover on the most recent commit and still have room to see its message (workaround).
