Unable to connect

I'm using UBUNTU Desktop version. I was using the install manual and did everything without any errors. Install dokumentation I found here: https://github.com/gitlabhq/gitlabhq/blob/stable/doc/install/installation.md
The last step was:
sudo -u gitlab -H bundle exec rake gitlab:check RAILS_ENV=production
And result looks ok:

But if I open http://localhost/ I see no responce. "Unable to connect"
