Missing "Add new page" button for Wikis

Hey,
Currently I can add only one wiki page to my projects. If you go to http://host/a_project/wikis/pages it lists all of the wiki pages but there's no "Add new" button. I have to add the page manually in the database.
As far as I remember in previous releases there was a button. Is it removed? If so could we get it back?
