When I try to add a new deploy key (that doesn't exists) I get the error message: "Key has already been taken"

I've upgraded from 4.2 to 5.0 without issues, except this one.

I already tried: bundle exec rake gitlab:shell:setup RAILS_ENV=production

Without result.
