Uploaded image file in commit review broken

I noticed that the links to the images that we upload in comments of commit review pages are well uploaded, the download link to the image files are valid, but the integrated image src is broken.
Here's the URL structures:
- For Download link works: https://my.gitlab.tld/files/note/11/ninja_logo_1_change_1.jpg
- For img element src attribute doesn't work: https://my.gitlab.tld/uploads/note/attachment/11/ninja_logo_1_change_1.jpg
